Ingredients

Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Dicalcium Phosphate, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Citrus Bioflavonoids, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Anticaking Agents (Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).

Directions

Take 1 tablet per day. Swallow whole with food and a little water.
